Spotify Widget No Longer An Option After App Update

My Question or Issue

Hello,

I use (well, used to as of this post) two of Spotify's widgets on my iPhone 11 pro: the small 1x1 on lock screen, and the large 2x4 on home screen. Yester-morning, it worked like normal. I needed to update an app on my phone, saw Spotify had an update, and figured I'd just update it as well. That was just after noon. After update, lock screen widget was gone, and 2x4 home screen is just a big black rectangle. When I hold down on apps that support custom widgets, they show what is available. Spotify app no longer shows those custom options. I'm wondering if I just need to delete the app and redownload, or if Spotify took away the custom widgets.

I only have the 1x1 available on my Lock Screen as well. I tried customizing with a fresh Lock Screen and seems to be the only option on my device as well.

I updated Spotify and went back to a Home Screen page. Clicked edit/ add widget and scrolled to Spotify, the 2x4 option was available and working successfully for 15 pro
