Can't get siri to switch playlists

Whenever I ask siri to play a Spotify playlist, it just plays whatever I last had playing. I've tried shortcuts using urls too, but it ignores the name of the playlist and just keeps playing whatever was playing before.

If I use the exact command in the documentation "hey siri play my VBS playlist on Spotify" it says "I couldn't find VBS in your Spotify library"

In this case, there are a few things you can try:

Check Spotify and your iOS are both up-to-date.
Log out and back in to Spotify twice in a row to re-sync all the info and then restart your device.
Go to your device's settings > Siri & Search > find Spotify > make sure all options are toggled on.
Restart Siri, by toggling off and then back on the "Listen for 'Hey Siri' setting within the Siri & Search settings.

If none of those make a difference, then we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the Spotify app by following these steps. No worries, you won't lose any content, but you might have to re-download your offline music and Podcasts.
