Playback stuttering

Hi! I’m having stuttering problems too, but it’s not a Windows device. It’s my iPad. Everything else on all my Bluetooth devices work, so clearly it has to be Spotify. It doesn’t do this every day, but there are times that it stutters and I either have to reconnect my Bluetooth device or pause the song for a second, and I had to do that twice today. Should I update the app or restart my device? Think you could do a repair update to fix this if this is the app? Thanks!

To start investigating this, since the behavior could be related to the network connection, we'd recommend connecting your iPad to a different Wi-Fi network to see if it makes any difference. If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

If the issue persists, we'd also recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This step is frequently ignored, yet it offers more depth than a regular one and can assist in eliminating any cache that may be causing issues.

Lastly, include in your next response the OS version of your iPad, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
