Problems with syncing music to iphone

Hi,

I am having trouble with syncing my hole playlist to my iphone.

I got a premium account and want to listen to my spotify music in the car as offline files.

I got a playlist with 629 songs, sadly enough I can only download 553 songs to my Iphone, when I click on a song that is not available in my Iphone(so the light gray songs) its says 2 things:

1), This song is not available in your area, Go online for free spotify Radio

2) Song not available, Go online for free spotify Radio.

This is really strange cause I can listen to the songs on my laptop but not on my Iphone??

These are NOT local files!

There is enough space on my Iphone to put them all on there!

So can not find any reason why they wont sync to my iphone!

Does anyone have any idea how I can solve this problem?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

How much free storage space do you have on your phone?

iOS will never let you use up all of the free space, so you need at least (approx) 500MB of free space for Spotify to sync.

Hi,

Thank you for your quick response, I have 1,3GB space left, so this can not be the problem.

Do you have any other idea's what the problem could be?
