App keeps crashing

My Question or Issue

After updating the app yesterday (29/07) to version 9.0.64, it has crashed 2-3 times while playing music.

There is a new app version available, so we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app to make sure any damaged cache will be removed and to update to the latest version to check if the issue persists afterwards. It might also be worth making sure Background App Refresh is disabled as it can help with improving your iPhone's battery life and performance, as well as logging out of your account and back in twice in a row to make sure everything's synced.

But what if you can’t update

cuz I have parental controls on my iPhone so I can’t really update apps

In that case it's worth asking your parents/relatives/guardians for assistance with the above steps.

Should the issue persist though, could you let us know when exactly the crash occurs? Is it as soon as you log in, when you're browsing in Search/Your Library, while playing content, etc.?
