Plan

Free/Premium

Country

Finland

Device

iPhone 15 Plus and iPhone 14 Plus

Operating System

iOS 18.6.2

My Question or Issue

So when using spotify in the car (2015 Opel Corsa with intellilink R3.0) and having the spotify open on the screen, the sound does once in a while just cut for up to 10 seconds and then comes back on by speeding up the 10 seconds or so that it cut and then it goes on like normal. It does this only in the mentioned car with bluetooth and it did it on my older iPhone 14 plus and it does it now also on my iPhone 15 plus, and it does it only when the spotify app is open on the screen. If its open in the background, then no problem. Ive tried looking for answers and found one somewhat similar problem but it didnt help.

Thank you for answers in advance!

Hey there @Salaatti!

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you try these steps and see if it makes a difference? This process can help you clear any cache that might be causing issues on your devices.

Also, if you have one, it would be worth testing on an Android device and checking if you can replicate this.

Keep me posted!
/Mateus
