&lt;P&gt;Our tech team had a look, but couldn't reproduce this issue and Sidecar worked for them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We also did some digging and even though it seems that you're running the latest supported iPadOS-version on your iPad, could you make sure that there aren't any new security updates and install them?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, make sure that you're on the newest MacOS-version on the MacBook and that you've &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/updating-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;updated the Spotify app&lt;/A&gt; on both devices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

Answers to your questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is your iPad connected wirelessly or with a cable? If possible, try both connections and see if it makes a difference.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I typically connect via cable, but I tried over a wireless connection and that did not make a difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are you having the issue with both the desktop/mobile app and the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://open.spotify.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;web player&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue is specific to when I am using the mobile app on my iPad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Does it happen when you start playing music or simply when opening the app/webpage?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happens about 20 - 20 seconds after opening the app on the iPad regardless of whether music is playing or not. Sidecar is then unavailable until a quit Spotify on my iPad at which point, it immediately reconnects.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried setting up the Sidecar connection from scratch?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what this would entail since setting up sidecar is a process of ensuring both devices are on the same network and logged in with the same iCloud account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your assistance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

 Also and if possible, could you record a short video where we can take a better look? You can attach it to your next response by using the&lt;STRONG&gt; Insert Video&lt;/STRONG&gt; option in the post editor. You can also upload it to &lt;STRONG&gt;YouTube&lt;/STRONG&gt; or &lt;STRONG&gt;Google Drive&lt;/STRONG&gt; and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to watch it).&lt;/P&gt;
