Spotify keeps pausing on iPhone

Country - Australia

Device - iPhone 13 Pro

Operating System - IOS 18.6.2

My Question or Issue - since I changed to free, the music keeps pausing or stopping. I tried all the trouble shooting tactics - cleared cache, reinstalled the app etc but still have the same issue.

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you try logging in with your account on another iOS device and see if you can replicate this? Also, I understand you've tried reinstalling it; however, I'd suggest these steps, as this is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing this.
