I can't clear Cache or remove downloads

My Question or Issue

Hi, When I tap 'Clear Cache' it doesn't and when I tap 'Remove all downloads, it doesn't work either. I've tried deleting the app, rebooting my iphone and re-downloading the app but it does nothing. I need to clear space.

We had a look at the device info you included and it appears that the operating system you're running is no longer supported. Currently, iOS devices need to run iOS 16.1 or above. You can find more details about system requirements here.

We recommend updating your iPhone's OS (if possible) and ensure that you're running the latest app version.

An alternative is to try a clean reinstall of the app, which is more thorough than quick reinstall. Just keep in mind that, while this might help with clearing storage space on the phone itself, it's possible that you won't be able to redownload the Spotify app if the OS isn't up-to-date.
