iPad app randomly crashes

I am running the Spotify app on my iPad 1 and it has suddenly taken to playing for approximately 4 songs or 15 minutes and then just crashing. The music just stops and the app shuts down.

I have tried rebooting the iPad and reinstalling the app, but to little avail.

Has this happened to anyone else and if so, what did you do about it?

Likewise - I've also tried closing all background apps, but to no avail...

Hello,

Are you using one part of the application in particular, like Radio, or are you just using Playlists in the background?

With no other app open, playing from either a playlist or Radio, the app will shut down after about 3 or 4 songs (sometimes more). Having the iPad locked/unlocked or plugged in/not plugged in doesn't seem to make a difference, either.

Maybe it's surpassing available resources, if there's no problems on other iPad versions?

I have the exact same problem with my iphone 3gs, I listen to music for about 20 minutes, then suddenly, just in the middle of a song it just stops playing and the app shuts down. And sometimes when I press the button to play next song, the song wont start. I can have full internet connection and all that stuff, but it still doesn't work. I had this issues for a couple of months ago to, but then I did something and it got a little bit better. But then I had to reset my phone, and then it started again. And I have reinstalled the app and stuff like that, I don't know what to do?? It really annoying!

Please help!

Exact same problem here! Iphone 3gs...
It even happens on synchronized playlists!

Please fix that issue, it's so annoying that i'm thinking about quiting my premium account.

Still no solution to this???

My first gen ipad has been crashing all the time whenever I'm online. I'll be lucky to hear even one whole song before it crashes online!

Also it's pretty laggy offline but whenever I go online everything is pretty smooth, but instead it crashes. Seems like insufficient memory even though I have no other apps open. But 256Mb should enough to run spotify I think at the very least without crashing!

I have the same porblem on my ipad 1. It will play for about 15 mins, then crash and shut the app down.

This happends over and over again. HELP!!!!
