syncing issues with my iphone

hello,

I have an iphone and I have a playlist that is available for offline mode, and I've been trying to add more songs to it for a couple of weeks now and they will not download to my phone. This is very frustrating as this is the whole reason I have bought the premium spotify, so I can listen to tracks even when I don't have wifi. I have connected my spotify to the same wifi as my phone is currently using, I made syncing available for over 2/3g or whatever that is, and I have set my lock screen to never, yet they still refuse to sync! help me please! I'm suffering over here!

Hey Rose! Welcome to the community 🙂

How much free storage space do you have on your iPhone?

iOS will never let you use all of the free space for Spotify, you need around 500MB - 1GB of free storage space for Spotify to sync.
