As a next step, we suggest that you go to the iPhone &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;General&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Transfer or Reset iPhone&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Reset location &amp;amp; Privacy&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Then, reboot your iPhone, open Spotify, attempt to login and allow any prompts that might come up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't do the trick, we recommend resetting the network settings by heading to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;General&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Transfer&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;or Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Reset Network Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Spotify Family / Premium (10+ years)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Devices &amp;amp; OS&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;iPhone 17 Pro — iOS 26.2 (new device)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;iPad Air 11" (M2) — iOS 26.2&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Windows 10 desktop PC&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I've looked at every chat I can find on this from 2010 to 12/2025, the Accounts Login Issues FAQ, and&amp;nbsp; bunch of 3rd party sites.&amp;nbsp; I have done much testing with multiple devices, restarts and re-installs.&amp;nbsp; Spotify connects on 3 devices and works on two of them but not where I need it most, the app on my phone.&amp;nbsp;Troubleshooting Performed Multiple Times, Many Hard Power Offs, Many Reinstalls:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Spotify status check — service clearly up&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Internet connectivity — confirmed (Safari/Firefox, Google Maps, etc.)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Restarted phone and app&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;VPNs / firewalls — none enabled&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Offline mode — cannot reach login screen&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Clear cache / data — app offloaded&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Delete &amp;amp; reinstall app — done repeatedly&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;iOS app permissions / device data settings — reviewed&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Different networks — Wi-Fi, 5G, LTE&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Added Apple login to Spotify — Same result&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;This error pops up almost instantaneously login attempt: “You’re offline. Check your connection and try again.” which seems to indicate it's something on the phone that is not listed above.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I upgraded from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 17 Pro. Nothing else in my environment changed. Since the upgrade, the Spotify app on the iPhone 17 Pro cannot log in. Spotify works everywhere else.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;All devices are on the same home Wi-Fi network.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Spotify app works on:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;iPad Air&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Windows 10 PC&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Spotify website (spotify.com):&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Loads successfully in Firefox on all three devices&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Plays music on the PC&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;On iOS, the website forces redirect to the app:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Works on iPad&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Fails on iPhone 17 Pro (offline error&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Spotify iOS app on iPhone 17 Pro&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Cannot log in&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Always reports “You’re offline”&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Fails on Wi-Fi and cellular&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;This appears to be a device-specific iOS on the iPhone 17 Pro, not an account, network, or credential issue. We'd also like to know if this behaviour has first appeared after a specific event like an app or OS update and if the login has worked on your current device before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In case your account works on other platforms and/ or devices, it's a good idea to see if logging in with a different account on your specific device would yield the same error as result. In case you don't know anyone who has an account, you can make an additional one for yourself for testing purposes instead.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for things to try here - we'd recommend checking out the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the OP and by &lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/21950065"&gt;@Eni&lt;/a&gt;. After a clean reinstall, the app won’t even let me log in: on the login screen it immediately shows “You’re offline. Check your connection and try again” for any account I try. My internet connection works in all other apps, the App Store downloads Spotify fine, and I can log into Spotify and stream normally in the web player and on other devices. On this iPhone I’ve already: deleted and reinstalled Spotify via iPhone Storage, force‑restarted the phone, reset Network Settings, tried multiple Wi‑Fi networks and cellular data, disabled any VPN/DNS filters, checked all iOS permissions for Spotify (Cellular Data, Local Network, Background App Refresh), and tested with a second Spotify account. The iOS app on this device still refuses to connect and always claims I’m offline.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
