Can’t play downloaded songs on search on offline mode

My Question or Issue

Hello,

I am having an issue where whenever I’m on offline mode, my downloaded songs when searched is not playing, and when I reconnect to WiFi or cellular, it has a delayed response to the chosen song. I have done a reinstall and log out process, as well as restarting my device, however the issue is still happening. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you!

Update: the same issue is also affecting my iPad as well.

To help them with the investigation, they'll just need a few more details from you. Could you confirm the day, time and time zone this has last occurred on? For example - 20th of Feb, 14:20, Bulgarian time.
