It doesn’t make a difference if I’m on my wifi at home, at work, just on cellular data, using a VPN, etc. Even when closing the app and restarting it, deleting it and re-downloading it, updating it, updating to the latest version of iOS, clearing the DNS cache, etc. it still says I’m offline. And yes, I’ve checked every time to ensure the toggle switch for offline mode isn’t activated. I’ve already talked to my ISP (Spectrum) and my cellular provider (AT&amp;amp;T) there is no firewall or antivirus or app blocker employed by them that would be causing this issue. This is a bug in Spotify that needs to be fixed. Also your Customer Service is a joke. Get a damn phone number and call center already.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be cancelling my service and switching to another music streaming service sing this has been going on for months with no resolution or reimbursement.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Im connected to wifi but spotify says i am offline. It works when i use my cell data, but not on the wifi. the wifi is working for other apps. I've deleted and reinstalled, logged out and back in, and turned off power saver.</description>

&lt;P&gt;We'd suggest to check if Spotify is allowed to access local network. In order to do that go to device's &lt;STRONG&gt;settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Privacy &amp;amp; Security&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Local Network&lt;/STRONG&gt;. You'll see the apps that have access to local network there - make sure that Spotify is one of them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In case the above doesn't help, could you to reproduce the issue with a different account and share the results with us? If a family member has a Spotify account, ask them to log in on your device to see if the app behaves the same way.&lt;/P&gt;
