Sorry to see you've been having issues with your app always staying in offline mode.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you let us know if the same behaviour can be observed when someone else logs in to your device when your Wi-Fi network is in use?&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And, aside from this, I'm thinking that this behaviour may have something to do with your cached data for your specific account, so what I'd suggest is the following:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Restart your router and wait a minute before turning it back on so that we're on the safe side first.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If the issues persist, see if clearing your app's &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/storage-information/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;cached data&lt;/A&gt; would make a difference. Log out and back in twice in a row after this to trigger a manual sync of your settings and data.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Should the issue remain, see if going for a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;complete clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; of the app would resolve things for you.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Can't log into spotify when on home wifi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On my iPhone, Spotify shows as offline when I’m connected to my home Wi-Fi (it works perfectly on other Wi-Fi networks). On my desktop and TV it works fine (and they’re connected to the same Wi-Fi network in home). I contacted Spotify support and they don’t even know a solution. The only thing they could do was tell me to talk to my internet service provider (Spectrum). What an answer!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
