Plan

Premium

Country

USA

Device

(iPhone 16 pro AND Xbox series X AND a Smart TV)

Operating System

(iOS 26.3.1)

My Question or Issue

Before I even start; yes. I’ve done everything from uninstalling to summoning a demon from the 7th realm to help fix this. I’m 100% it’s not my internet as I can have 2 Xboxes and a Smart TV playing games and streaming at the same time with ZERO problems.

I’ll start an episode and the video will load, after about 10 minutes it freezes and black screens before it force closes the app (on every device) if it doesn’t force it to close I’ll close the app but the audio keeps playing. I’ve tried switching episodes, even content creators! Still does it. I’ve tried downloading the episodes (making sure it does both audio and video) and that still won’t work. I have 60 gigs free of downloadable data storage on my IPhone and the Xbox and TV having this problem shouldn’t have anything to do with storage space.

Hey @Durple,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

We appreciate the troubleshooting you’ve done so far. We tested this by following the steps you mentioned, but we couldn’t replicate the behavior. So to investigate this further, it would be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or relative, to see if the issue persists.

Also, we understand you have a good internet connection, but would you mind checking with a different network just for testing purposes? If you don’t have another available network, you can use a mobile data hotspot just to see if the issue persists.

Lastly and if possible, could you record a short video where we can take a better look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to watch it).

We’ll be on the lookout for your response.
