&lt;P&gt;Unstable connections are a very common cause of such loading issues, so we'd recommend starting off with switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data to see if there's a difference. If it works on one but not the other, then the issue is likely network-related.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since you posted this in the iOS board of the forum, we suppose this is occurring on an iPhone, is that right? To rule out any device- or account-related issues, it'd be great if you can try the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Log into your account on another device (or &lt;A href="https://open.spotify.com/" target="_blank"&gt;web player&lt;/A&gt;)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Ask a friend or relative to log in their own account on your affected device&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You mentioned having some screen restrictions active at the moment, so try turning them off temporarily. Something else you could try is making sure Low Power Mode is off (it can limit background activity and streaming). This way we can check if this could be related to your current setup.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Loading Issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everytime I try to open the app I either get stuck with just the app icon on a blank screen and have to close and reopen the app, OR it immediately sends me to a loading screen stuck on loop, and if I wait for a while for it to load, it just says that the app’s run into an error. I can’t use Spotify at all and it’s a total pain, I don’t know why this is happening. It’s been going on for a couple months now. I do have screen restrictions so maybe that has something to do with it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
