spotify just stops

i have 383 songs i want to sync....it goes so far and just stops. i have been at 202 for almost an hour...it got to that in a little over an hour.......why does it just stop? i have deleted and re-installed the app a few times, each time it only goes to 202 songs and stops. a little help?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

It sounds like you are experiencing a bug which is outlined here.

It does say that some users have fixed the issue by upgrading to iOS 6.1.x. What iOS version are you running?

Also, are you syncing over WiFi or 2/3/4G LTE?

Also, how much free storage space do you have on your device?

You need at least 500MB - 1GB of space to continue synching since iOS will never let you use up all of the available space.
