Just wanted to say thanks, I love how I have to have a Facebook to log in because you won't accept my username ever, I love that my radio doesn't play half my stations and I love being a paid user that can't get any customer support. F u spotify I'm done you suck tons of rooster.

Hey Ben, as your account was created through Facebook, it's not possible to use that account without that Facebook account staying active. If you wanted a new account with a username of your choice, get in touch here and one of our lovely support team will be able to help out.

Nope I'm a paid user, I have a username that's non Facebook that I have used to log into my iPad with. Sorry but the issue is my radio doesn't play all the time, I pay you money meaning there should be no issues, I should be able to call and fix things. I cancelled my next payment so doesn't matter I'm over it. Plus the index has half the songs I searched to listen to.

Hmm, if you definitely have a Spotify-specific username that you use to log in, it looks like you have two Premium accounts as the Facebook-connected account you're using to log into Community is also on Premium. If you weren't aware of that, get in touch here and one of our support team will get back to you as soon as they can. They should be able to help with the radio issue too.
