Nope, you only get it once on an account (although you could use a different login if you wanted).

You can sign up for a 30 day free trail from https://www.spotify.com/freetrial/ if you haven't use it (or subscribed) before.

No, only one per account. If you're eligible, you can get a 30 day free trial from this page - you will have to provide payment details, and make sure you cancel before the end of your month, as it is a recurring subscription.
