when urged to update spotify i discovered my store is suddenly UK but my iphone and my mac desktop are all addressed in US nothing i do changes the country on the app and now i do not even have the app on my phone nor can i add it from app store since the phone thinks it is in england...help

Is your phone set to automatically update its clock setting? Has that been changed to UK too, or is it just the App Store? Are you able to change your Apple ID country setting from within the App Store on your iPhone?

I have the same issue.

I just changed my profile in the Web from Sweden changing payments detail to Italy but on mobile app as suggested play-list "near to me" I still see Swedish suggestions ...
