Disconnection from wifi during sync

Hi everyone.

I am not sure if it is just me which is encountering this issue.

Whenever I try to sync my playlists from my computer to play offline on my mobile the wifi always kicks off and it changes to 3G, this stops the sync and it is very frustrating.

I originally thought it was a fault with my iphone. I had it replaced by apple and it is still continuing to happen. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hi Croyman,

Are you syncing tracks by clicking 'available offline' on playlists on your phone or by ticking the playlist from desktop?

What version of Spotify and iOS is it you're using at the moment?

Version 6.1.4

I am selecting available offline from my phone and letting it sync that way

Does your phone disconnect from WiFi if you sync to it from desktop? It might not be ideal but it'll help narrow down the problem.

It has been a few days now and i have tried different combinations but it still just kicks me onto 3G and I have to go into settings to change back onto my wifi network.

ok. Another update. This is not my router as now happening on another router. This is also using another laptop. I have had iPhone replaced by apple so the only thing left.....

Its a software issue....Please help!!!!!
