Hey there,
this post is meant for those who already have the latest iOS7Beta on their Devices.
My Question: Is it possible to download playlists without that silly 10 Minutes Task-Killing we actually have in iOS6?

No, as of iOS 7 beta 3, syncing still cuts off after a certain period of time.

What I usually do when I am syncing a lot of playlsits:

1. Plug in device to charge

2. Go into settings and turn off Auto-Lock and keep Spotify app open until syncing is done

3. Go back into settings and turn Auto-Lock back on

When iOS 7 is out Spotify will probably update the app to take advantage of the new background APIs.
