topic iPad app not syncing up with android in iOS (iPhone, iPad)

My laptop recently crashed and I lost most of my local files. I don't really care because I have spotify, but I have a really amazing playlist of about 400 songs I had originally made in iTunes, then imported to Spotify, which in turn synced with my android app under the iTunes folder. I got an ipad to replace my laptop and while that list still shows up in my playlists, I can only listen to about 50 songs that happen to be in the iCloud. How can I get that playlist to play in its entirety like it will on my android?

Any local files which weren't synched will no longer be available. The easiest thing would be to open the playlist in the desktop client, making sure the option to hide unavailable tracks isn't checked and replace the greyed out tracks with the spotify equivalents.
