Spotify Inexplicably Not Working

Every time I open Spotify Premium for my iPhone 4, I can play a song for about a minute and thirty seconds, then the song stops. After that, no songs will load. I have logged in and out multiple times, reinstalled both the Spotify app and the Spotify for iOS4 app multiple times, and tried everything else I can think of, but nothing works. Does anyone know what's going on?

Would you be able to try the troubleshooting steps (if you haven't already done so) and fill in the template in the iOS troubleshooting guide?
