I have iPhone 3GS-what generation phone do you have? Can you not check desktop version and see if offline playlists are still there ( which they should be) and try and re-sync your phone. Might want to check your settings on mobile app as well. How many playlists do you have? I have heard of some people who have huge numbers of playlists experiencing problems after update.
