How much data does spotify use on iPhone?

I just joined spotify and i've already downloaded more music than i can imagine. i am in love so far. i am downloading onto my computer and then syncing with my iphone. i'm a premium user so i'm making everything offline available. how much music can i download and hold on my iphone using the offline system? many thanks!

Spotify generally stops synching tracks once your available storage space is below 500MB but until that happens, keep going 🙂

When I switch OFF the "awailable offline" button, to retrieve back some storage space.... can I get back that storage space?

I tested this with my 2 "available offline" playlists... The ocupied space of spotify was, 1,2GB... After switching off the "available offline" button, nothing has changed... I switched off and on the iPhone, but nothing has changed... Spotify occupied still 1,2GB storage...

How can I gain back the storage, after I cancel the "offline" availability of a playlist??
