    <description>&lt;P&gt;So heres my problem right now. Spotify wont send me the email to set up the mobile password. I signed up for premium for 10 bucks a month, now with that I think I deserve some sort f customer service, not a FAQ page. Trying to listen right now on the ipod, but it will only give me the free radio with ads. Extremely upset that I cannot reach any person to deal with this. Am sending this message out into the wilderness of the net, but much like a message in the bottle, I am unsure of any reciepant. Am canceling within 24 hours if no replys from an actual Spotify employee&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey. You don't need a device password for the ipod touch. Once you've installed the spotify app, just log in with the same credentials you use on your other devices. It sounds like you may have logged in using a spotify username instead of your facebook credentials or vice versa. Try logging out, restarting your ipod then logging in again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
