Spotify Radio

I have the premium subsription on an iphone 5s, running ios 7.0.2 and have had the subscription for about a year now, and the radio function is not working, the screen comes up blank and does not allow me to search either. I have tried contacting customer service via twitter and email and have not responded. I would hate to have to start using pandora or itunes radio instead of spotify because I really like the playlist service, but I use it primarily for the radio function. Anyone have any answers?

Would you be able to try all of the steps in the iOS troubleshooting guide and see if they can get you up and running again?
