Hm, not sure how to delete this post. I figured out the problem. I disabled my firewall. Despite being listed as an exception I guess it was still messing with it. As long as my firewall is down, I can sync with no problem.

I'm not able to sync any files from my PC to my iPhone because anytime I have my Spotify app running, the Spotify program on my PC only sees my iPhone for about 1 minute before losing it again. My wifi connection on both my PC and my phone are stable. My iPhone is remaining unlocked and active the entire time. The only way I get my PC to see my phone again is if I restart the app on my phone. Anyone know what the problem might be?
