iphone5/5S app crashing

Everytime I launch spotify on my devices running iOS7, the app crashes. I'm unable to do anything once I login using facebook.

I've un-installed and installed twice, with no results. Once I login with facebook, the app crashes.

Does getting a device password and logging in using your numerical Spotify username work?

I've tried to get a password for my devices, but I haven't received the email as of yet. I submitted the request twice yesterday and once today; but still no email with the password.

In that case I would get in touch with the customer support team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get one of those emails out to you manually and also maybe help you troubleshoot a little further (since they can check your account out).

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
