My Spotify library is on my laptop, but I would love to play my whole library on random on my iPad, rather than playing my playlists randomly. Is this possible?

One way you can do this is by creating a playlist folder and moving all your playlists into that folder. Then, in Spotify on the iPad you can select that folder and there will be an "All Tracks" entry at the top. You can use that to play all tracks from that folder, so you can then turn on Shuffle to play a random selection of all your tracks.
