Offline Playlists won't fully Download

I have an ipod touch 4g. When i download a playlist for offline use it does not play all the songs. It says that they are all downloaded but nothing happens when you select one of them. This happens on every playlist some songs play and some dont.

Are you downloading the songs over WiFi or 4G?

same problem for me, I only download over wifi. Makes me wonder why I pay 10 bucks a month for something that I cannot use.

Roughly how many tracks do you have downloaded for offline usage?
