&lt;P&gt;Have you tried restarting that iPhone by holding Home + Lock together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears? That often helps with performance problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Help! App not working</title>

      <description>My spotify app is not loading or working.  It won't allow me to search songs or artists. I tried reinstalling the app but it won't load any of my starred music or playlists. I am using an iPhone 5s.</description>
