Spotify app doesnt recognize and sync local files

Hello guys,

I have a problem with the local syncing on my ios device, i've searched on every forum for a solution but I couldn't find it. I hope one of you can answer this question for me. So i've tried to reinstall the app on my iphone 5s and my computer and it still didn't work, I also tried to disable my firewall, try to sync on another network, my own iphone hotspot, I even tried to do it on another computer, but still no succes. Can someone please help me out or atleast say that it does not work at all and I have to wait till it's fixed, but my phone doesn't even show up at the "devices" tab in spotify.

Do you have uPnP enabled on your router? Also make sure that all firewalls on your computers (incl. windows firewall) and on your router are disabled.
