Reset Phone

I fully reset my iPhone recently(including all apps and data), in about early December. Before I reset it I had spotify premium and I was paying the $11.99 a month but after I reset and got the Spotify app again, I didn't have Premium although I was still being charged the $11.99 and still am currently.

Help please?

Are you sure you logged in with the correct credentials? It's easy to log in with a username instead of your facebook credentials and the other way around. If you go to your account profile, what does it show under Subscription Status?

Oops, wrong credentials 😛 I'm now feeling quite stupid! I checked an old email with my correct account details, I was using an old account... Anyway thanks for reminding me! All is well 🙂
