Hi is spotify connect function for IOS still on roll out? because I do not see any spotify connect icon when playing music. Am I missing something?

Spotify Connect is still rolling out, but if you have a Connect Enabled speaker on the same WiFi network as you that should activate it. Or are you trying to control another iOS/android device?

I want to connect my iphone with my mac. I am able to see my phone under the device menu in spotify, but how do I permenantly conncet them? For example, I played a song on my phone when I am outside, when I get home and switch to my mac, I can see the same song being paused on it.

Spotify Connect is not yet available on the desktop (Mac) client I'm afraid. Hopefully it will make it on there sometime in the near future though!
