I am not able to synch offline lists when connected to wifi.. Why? World fine before, and wifi is ok..
Please advice

Hi. Does your iphone show under "devices" in the desktop client? Do you get any error messages?

By synching, I assumed you wanted to download local files to your iphone but I guess you meant downloading spotify content. So what do you actually see on your phone when you tap the "available offline" button?

How much free space do you have left on your phone and are you hitting the 3,333 track limit by any chance?

Thanks! Yes it was the 3,333 track limit, had extra space. But why are not spotify app informing about this?

The lack of informative error messages is something they need to work on. Would save us all a lot of guessing 🙂
