Hello der Community,
I have i Problem with my Spotify Account.
I just bought a Philips A3 speaker, so i can use Spotify Connect.
But i cant Stream the Music from my iphone or iPad to it. Einher i cant Stream the Music from my iphone to the iPad. I think everything has the latent Version. I am sure my new 5s has the latest Version und the today bought speaker too.

I Reals Hope You can help me! And sorry for my poor english.

Make sure it is updated to the latest firmware, as well as being one of the supported models listed here 🙂

The speaker doesn't work with Connect as far as I can tell. Was it advertised as being compatible with Spotify Connect? If it supports buetooth or airplay you can stream music to it from your iphone but not use connect.

Thanks for your help. On that Site only Four Partners Are visible. No Philips speakers. I read on many Sites that the fidelio speakers are compatible too 😞 and the Stoff Membran in my store also told me.
But if the speaker is not working, shouldnt at least the iPad with my iphone work?

Have i to do something so that connect is on my iphone? I thought it will be there automatically if i have the newest spotify Version?

Haha sorry i posted the wrong link, these are the current companies that work with connect, it does not look like Phillips is on the list 😕

Hello again!

Both of the devices need to be on the same Wifi network, and the screen should look like this screenshot. Is connect showing up at all?

Next to my playbbutton is that speakerbutton, but without a Circle around it. If i Click it, i can only Switch the Volume um and down.
