topic Premium in iOS (iPhone, iPad)

I've been using premium for awhile, and our premium went off last week, so I paid for premium yesterday, nothing is working like it was last night, like on the iPad. So when I went to look on the computer it says I'm already premium and it should work.
But it keeps saying get premium.
