problems with offline playlists

Hi,

I hope someone will be able to help me with this.

On my ipod touch, whenever I add a new playlist and synch it for listening offline, it immediately deletes them when I restart the app. It has happened since I updated the app.

Any ideas?

Can you maybe try making the playlist on a different device?

Doesn't seem to work - just tried to create a new playlist using the desktop Spotify and it isn't appearing on my ipod after synching.

Can some from spotify fix this for me?

Can you try a clean reinstallation of the app and then resync your content and see if the issue still occurs?

I've tried that but I still have the same problem - any playlist I create on my ipod just disappears.

That is weird, so playlists on your iPod touch vanish when you make them and your iPod Touch doesn't see any playlists created in the desktop app?

What version of Spotify and iOS are you using?

That's right, yeah ..

I'm using IOS 6.1.3 and Spotify 0.9.3.212

This might sound weird, but can you try rebooting your phone by holding the home and lock buttons together until the apple logo appears on screen twice in a row (so two restarts) and then try again and see if you get the same behavior?

Just tried that but it didn't make any difference - exactly the same problem. Any ideas?

Hi Kimmitt!

Looking at your account I can see you have 47 playlists, are these appearing on your iPod Touch? Is it only brand new playlists that aren't showing/being deleted?

Just to confirm, by 'deleted', is the playlist completely disappearing or just un-syncing?

How much free space do you have on the iPod Touch?
