Playlists Not Appearing

So for the longest time, Spotify on my iPod Touch 4g worked flawlessly! Now recently, only 2 playlists show, "Local" and "Starred". Not interested in them.

I want to be able to actually listen to my playlists... I had synced every song on the majority of the playlists so I could listen to them offline but now they are nowhere... The Desktop version still works fine... In just under a year I have 14k songs listened to and a lot of them are longer than 5 minutes each. That's a long time listening to Spotify and I would like this fixed.

I don't want to reinstall the app as I don't want to risk having to sync all the songs again.

Can you try restarting your iPod Touch by holding the home and lock buttons together until the Apple logo appears on screen and then try again?
