Offline Listening

I have read the message boards and tried the solutions posted.

When I attempt to listen to my iPod Touch in the car - it indicates that the tracks are not available offline.

I have switched all of my playlists to "available offline" while I was wirelessly connected.

I seem to be missing something.

Can anyone help?

do they sync completely? are they local files?

I believe they sync completely - and I am not sure what you mean by local files.

For example, right now - I have my touch next to my computer and it indicates spotify is up and running.

Do the tracks have a green arrow in a circle beside them in the iOS app?
