I pay for my spotify account, but I still cannot get shuffle play off when I am on the app. How can I fix that?

Do you have Spotify Premium or Unlimited?

Spotify Premium is needed for the full mobile (non-shuffle) experience.

You need a premium subscription to pick any song you want. Free users have to shuffle to play songs.

If you are referring to the "shuffle play" button not going away:

The button currently stays at the top of the playlist no matter if you have a premium account.

There has been feedback that if you have a premium account, the button should be smaller and not so big.

(maybe they will change the size so it's not so big and in your face)
