Hello, before you try deleting the spotify app, I would suggest you try to "hard close" it first by double-clicking the home button to bring up the multitasking screen, then swiping to the right till you get to spotify, and swipe up on spotify to essentially "fully close" it (wipe it from memory). Then try opening it again. If you don't see it in the multitasking area, then you can try a hard reset of your iphone by simultaneously holding down the home button and the hold button (the one on the top of the iphone) till the white apple logo appears on a black background. Once your iphone reboots, try to open spotify again, Both of those options should preserve any music you already have saved for offline play. If neither work, you can delete the spotify app by holding down on the spotify icon till it starts wiggling (actually, all your apps will be wiggling), then press the X on the top left of the spotify icon to delete it. You can then download it again from the App Store (not itunes) on your iphone. I hope something above helps!
