I created a free account and logged in expecting a 48 hr trial, but the app will not stream anything and simply states that a premium account is required to stream music etc.&nbsp;</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>&nbsp;<SPAN style="line-height: 1.2;">Any ideas what is going on?
