New version for IPOD 4: MASTER DISASTER . PLEAS HELP!

Dear friends of music,

I cant believe the new app for Ipod. I will be very short. Im a premium user and I think Spotify has to find a fix to this proble.

1. UNBELIEVABLE SLOW. (have to wait a few secs. to see the ball of song time). Every time I change a song I have to wait for the system to work again. The perfect experience I had with the previous version is gone. It upsets me all the time the app goes 5 secs behind me....

2. I do not get the album pictures and I tried everything....

3. If the intention was for us to buy a new IPOD/IPHONE or anything else then I have to say the app works perfectly.

4. On the other hand the design looks really good but at what price...

5. The desktop version asks me to unistall it and install it all again because of the sound card....

Me and other premium users from work are really sad, cause before it was really working smooth....

PLEASE HELP US TO ENJOY SPOTIFY AGAIN!
