iOS App Album sorting

Some suggestions:

In the Album view, please sort the Albums by Artist + Name (like the Desktop App) and not only by Album Name.

As an Alternative, there could be an option to group the tracks by Album in the Artist view (+ possibility to play only one of the albums).

I mostly listen to albums, which makes the artist view unusuable because it simply shows and plays all tracks of an artist, and in the album view the albums are hard to find because I usually think of an artist name first, album name second when I look for something.
I would love if you could hide (or there is an option to do so) all Albums, Playlists a.s.o. which are not available in Offline Mode (if Offline Mode is switched on). I usually have about 10 - 20% of my music collection available offline; and it is where hard to quickly browse through the available music only if I am offline. It does not help that you hide the tracks which are not available, because the albums still appear in the albums list.
Please make the Shuffle Play Button smaller. It's by far the biggest most prominent user interface element and I constantly tap it by accident.

Yeah, there should be a hierarchy of sorts. If I select an artist I want to see the albums by this artist and not a list of songs, and when I select the album the songs of that album should be available.

I f I wanted to listen to the whole discography I would just create a playlist.

The shuffle thing is annoyingly big.

It is as if the spotify developers expect me to shuffle through the whole selections of songs from by an artist and not listen to an album.

Definitely agreed. Good news - artist pages are supposedly being reworked, and will start beta testing soon. So hopefully they're doing exactly what you mentioned.

Also agreed that sorting options in the albums tab is a must. All these options are available on desktop, why not here on iOS?

Forget beta testing. Just test in house and get these changes implemented. The whole "Your music" feature was "beta tested" for a year and when it came out it was lousy.

Your Music was only beta tested from the end of October 2013 although it was announced way way before that.
