I can't seem to sync my new iPhone 5s I've tried all the trouble shooting in your help page but still can't get it to sync.

Hey, have you tried the tips in this post and in this one? Does your iphone shw under "devices" in the desktop client?

No it doesn't show up. I've tried all of the trouble shooting nothing works.

If it not appearing under devices, something must be blocking the connection. Do you have any firewalls on your network? It is also worth making sure uPnP is enabled in your router settings.
