Hi all, I've heard there's some way of downloading Spotify on Iphone 3, anyone any ideas? Tried searching on the Forum but found nothing

What version of iOS are you running?

Spotify requires at least iOS 4 to work. If you have iOS 4 then search in the app store for "Spotify for iOS 4" 😉

Hey there, thanks for posting.

Depending on the version of iOS you have on that iPhone and your location, you may be able to get a legacy version of Spotify here.

If anyone still can't use spotify on iphone 3gs, follow these steps:

1) use jailbroken iphone

2) in cydia install "appsync" (make sure the source cydia.xsellize.com is installed)

3) download this legacy version of spotify :

4) install the ipa as app on your iphone via for example iFunbox

Voila... Enjoy.

I tried to find the "Spotify for iOS 4 " on apple store , can't find it , any idea to find the app on app store ? thank you , my iOS was 4.2.1 .
